BREATHE - FLOW - MEDITATE

A space to reconnect with your breathe. This class links postures in simple flowing sequences progressing at a slow pace. The focus is on yoga basics, alignment and technique. Developing strength, flexibility and balance. A nurturing class for the body and mind. Incorporating pranyama (breathe techniques), asana (postures) and relaxation (mindfulness). A gentle class, open to all levels.
