YIN YOGA

Angel Yoga Yin class is slow paced with asanas that are held for longer periods of time. Ranging from 45 seconds to 5 minutes. Yin yoga poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body - tendons, fascia and ligaments - with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility and help prevent injuries. A more meditative approach to yoga, yin aims at cultivating awareness of inner silence, and bringing to light a universal, interconnecting quality.

This class includes pranyama (breathe techniques), asana (postures) and relaxation (mindfulness).

Open to all ages and levels.
