From beginners’ yoga through to experienced yoga students, our studios at Mt Martha (Mornington Peninsula) has yoga classes for everyone.  Classes are led by compassionate teachers who are there to help you meet your challenges both on and off the mat including beginner’s hatha yoga, general hatha yoga, restorative/gentle Yoga, vinyasa yoga, corporate yoga, family yoga and Yoga 4 Health.

Our classes include relaxation, asana (position and posture), pranayama (breath control), mudra (hand movements) and mantra, chanting and meditation. All students are catered for and guided into asanas (positions and postures) suitable for their body type or level of yoga. You will leave our classes feeling stretched, stronger and very relaxed.

… I was inspired to explore ways to implement yoga into our daily practices at Kindy … Dani creates a fun and inviting learning environment as the children learn stretching and breathing exercises through games, songs and stories. Dani has a calm and engaging rapport with the children ... Even the most restless of children respond to Dani’s calm manner and learn to relax their bodies through yoga.
