BREATH FLOW MEDITATION YOGA

A space to reconnect with your breathe. This class links postures in simple flowing sequences progressing at a slow pace. The focus is on yoga basics, alignment and technique. Developing strength, flexibility and balance. A nurturing class for the body and mind. Incorporating pranyama (breathe techniques), asana (postures) and relaxation (mindfulness). A gentle class, open to all levels.

Costs:

  • Casual $25
  • 5 class pass $115 (to be used over 8 weeks)
  • 10 class pass $220 (to be used over 14 weeks)
  • 12 class pass $240 (to be used over 18 weeks)

  • 10 Private Classes $850

48 hour cancellation required for all classes - (Cards can be put on hold if you are sick or on holidays with written notice)
