A dynamic class incorporating various asanas through a flowing technique from one posture to the next. A vinyasa is a flowing sequence of yoga postures that is built on to keep you challenged. Perfect for total body strength, building techniques, balanced to life energy levels, increase flexibility and help's prevent injuries. This class includes pranyama (breathe techniques), asana (postures) and relaxation (mindfulness).
Suitable for those with some Yoga experience.

Adults Private Classes (60 minutes)
48 hour cancellation required for all classes - (Cards can be put on hold if you are sick or on holidays with written notice)
