Angel Yoga offer yoga classes for kids aged 4 - 10 years and is all about instilling a love of yoga, while creating life long wellbeing skills and self awareness. This age group learns yoga through fun and creative yoga asanas, yoga stories, yoga games, simple yoga philosophies to generate acceptance and compassion for self and others. The older kids are also challenged with building on strength, flexibility and stillness each week.

When:    Thursdays 4:15pm - 5:00pm
Cost:       Casual $15, 8 Classes $96 (to be used within one school term)
