There is more focus on alignment through, vinyasa flow, pranayama, activities to managing emotions, meditation techniques and relaxation. Creative yoga art and writing, goal setting, stronger body awareness through asana and still the fun of games.
Yoga at this age instills confidence and teaches young people to be in touch with their intuition and feelings. This helps them to make right choices, set boundaries and trust their instincts. Active Mindfulness exercise’s teaches this age group to live in the moment helping to reduce stress and anxiety.
