Relax the mind, restore the soul and rejuvenate the body under the restorative gaze of Port Philip Bay at one of our Mt Martha (Mornington Peninsula) day yoga & wellness retreats. From our serene Japanese-influenced boutique yoga studio with sweeping views through glass walls, join a small, intimate group of between 8- 14 residents as we take time out to calm and restore the body, mind and spirit in the gentle embrace of the stunning Mornington Peninsula. Women maintain a balancing act throughout life that is sometimes hard to escape. Even when you holiday with the family it can feel like work, can’t it?  We tend to put everyone before ourselves and the downside of that can be severe tiredness, emotional isolation, depression, loneliness, sickness and even serious disease.

Angel Yoga’s Women’s Wellness Weekend will start the process of healing and teach you daily techniques to sustain yourself emotionally, physically and spiritually when you return home. Organise your sister’s, mother and BF’s – and make it a well-deserved treat for yourself and those you love, as you connect with a sense of tranquility and space. Just be prepared to have heaps of fun, eat nutritious tasty meals and learn many relaxation techniques and health tips that will hold you in good stead beyond the end of the retreat.

This workshop is available for private bookings. Great way for the BRIDE TO BE to chill with Friend’s Sister’s and mum’s or just a girls day away. We can also facilitate workshops for Corporate Wellness Days or other special events.

After inviting Dani to our school: … Some of our students were initially not able to perform all of the moves, or even 10% of any given move, yet would willingly “give it a go”, such was the power of Dani’s quiet, gentle, encouraging manner. The improvement shown in co-ordination, concentration, flexibility and temperament was impressive. Yoga with Dani has now become a popular and very beneficial addition to our weekly sports program.
